AA - Broke our friends Bike

So our friend from Cali went to do a bike tour right before our wedding last year and a. airlines broke his bike. He then filed a complaint and was denied b/c they said he didn't file correctly. It is complete BS!!! (on a side note Laurie was it you that had a problem with them as well?)

So he has started a website called AA breaks bikes. If you have ever had a problem with a major company or airline....please support him. He is also starting to make t-shirts and donated ALL of the $ to charity.

American Airlines is terrible. Not only customer service, baggage but the actual planes.

AA is also unsafe

Yes it was us. They screwed up out 1st & last day of our HM... we had even written a letter to the CEO of AA & got like a $300 voucher which we were dumb enough to use to go visit the IL's in April - I was told on the phone that voucher is good for WHATEVER. So we had $84 remaning balance after we bought the tickets - they wouldnt let us use it towards baggage - WHO THE F--K cares what we use it for - it's STILL AA getting the money back???! - I mailed another letter to them but havent heard anything - & doubt we will. THEY $UCK BALLS!
