Sorry, but I am overwhelmed with little details!

How can I explain this?!?!?

OK say you start a new job and you know how to do the job, but you have to learn the companies new policies and how they do everything!

So I am just tired from lack of sleep,my eyes hurt from staring at the computer and reading legal jargon! And just needed to vent!!! OK, now back to my other job!

PS- I REALLY NEED tomorow night!

Yesssssssss! I am going to be going through that very soon. I am starting a new job on Mon. which I have 3yrs experience in...but each hospital does things diff. so now I have to learn EVERYTHING they do diff. grrr..not looking forwarrd to this training period.
