AC hotels question

FOr any girls who frequent A.C, I have a question about fitness centers in 2 of the hotels. (We usually stay at Borgata or Harrah's so I'm not too familiar with the others).

I know Bally's has a fitness center- does it cost anything for guests, if so how much?

Does Cesar's have a fitness center and does that cost anything, if so how much?
