Can I handwrite the names and addresses or should I be more formal and have them on clear address labels?

Re: Addressing envelopes on Thank you's
I've been handwriting them.
We went to alot of weddings in 05 and all the thank you's we received the envelope was handwritten.

I hand wrote them. I've never received a thank you that wasn't handwritten all around.

We, correction, I handwrote all of them. According to my dad you are supposed to handwrite Christmas and thank you cards, it's more personal......whatever Dad.....

I hadwrote all mine. I could be wrong but I think that's considered more formal than labels.

Re: Addressing envelopes on Thank you's
i did them on the computer - clear labels. the cards were all long and handwritten, i was not about to do 100 envelopes as well! If I had had a very formal wedding, I may have handwritten them, but my whole thing was very casual and laid back.

I actually think handwritten addresses is the more formal of the two options and usually prefer that when receiving a letter. JMO.

Re: Addressing envelopes on Thank you's
i did labels for my wedding invites..not too formal but it was easy..so i had them already in the computer and just reprinted new ones...which made it easier..but otherwise i dont think handwriting them is a big deal..people jst throw the envelope out anyway.

Re: Addressing envelopes on Thank you's
I am doing my thank you's now and I REFUSE to handwrite the addresses....1) my handwriting stinks to high hell 2) my entire inside is handwritten and sinceres and anyone who cares that much that I didnt write an address as well can go stuff it
I've hated writing Thank you's since I was a little kid and my mom forced me to write a paragraph's worth to each person

How freakin' cute are those return labels? I wish my printer was working. I can't do anything cute.
