Thank you so much for thinking of me Marie. Yesterday was so much better -- I was able to get a lot done around the apartment and DH came home for the weekend, so I felt a bit better. I still have a lot fo trouble at night (even with him home) and I know I need to see a therapist weekly, but the little progress I've made in the last few days has helped me feel like this will eventually pass.

I'm so so so lucky to have so many people who care about me and even though they arent here in GA with me, they've all been calling everyday to try to help me thru this. And a few have even stayed on the phone with me alllll night til the wee hours of the morning until I felt calm enough to sleep. I actually think I may run out today to grab a small gift for a few of them as a thank you for spending so much time each day trying to calm me down and help me through my anxiety -- I really dont know what I would be doing if it werent for them.

I'll keep you updated and let you know how things go. I'm hoping our trip home for thanksgiving will really help. DH and I are looking forward to it. Part of me is really scared because I know he goes back out to the field in a month or so for like 10 days and we wont be able to communicate at all. And then he has Ranger School which is 2 whole months without him at all.....so I know I'm going to have to face this again soon. I'm just trying to get through one day at a time and hopefully by then I'll know how to handle it a little better.

i'm so happy to hear that you're feeling better!! Enjoy your weekend together and your Thanksgiving back in NY!! Take it one day at a time and you'll get through this- YOU ARE ONE STRONG B*TCH!! You know we're always here for you!!

i start missing him...when DH is at work and comes home in the evenings, i just have such anxiety...i cant imagine what you go through! if u ever need to talk please FM me...!!!
