After over a year, we're getting a new wedding video!
As many of you know, we were very unhappy with our wedding video, in addition to other problems we had with the photography. My ILs went to the photography studio tonight to finalize something about their album, and they brought our DVD with us. When they played our DVD, the person working with them was very unhappy with it. They apparently stopped working with this video company b/c they were unhappy with their work, and now have a new person they contract with, who is supposed to be excellent. So now, we're getting a completely new video!
I know this may sound weird, but I'm kind of sad and nervous about this. Even though I was disappointed with our original video, I've watched it so many times that I've grown attached to it. It's OUR video. I'm hoping we can get the original DVD back from them, since they don't need it for anything, and that way we will have two versions; the original not-so-good but sentimental one, and a new better one.
