album question

The proofs we chose for our album we don't get back. If we want that pic, we have to PAY for them....does this sound right? If they are my best pics, why wouldn't I want to keep one for my proof collection?!?!

We kept all of our proofs. Even the ones that we chose for the album. We have the cd and all the pictures. Why would they take them away? That's not right at all.

yeah, that doesnt make any sense at all

i would complain esp if you have something in your contract that says you get X number of proofs

Yeah, I just called them- I get them back after all the albums are done. We had the appointment first week of January, and STILL have at least 2 more weeks before we can even review the layout- this is going to take forever!

yikes! i better go on picking my pics for the album. i just have no motivation - totally out of wedding mode LOL
