There was an error on their end...now I just have to get to to load in emails!

We havent even filmed ours yet...we are doing it this weekend...
is there an email address maybe they can give you to send it to?

Well im really praying that your wedding video turns up soon!! but in the mean time maybe your TWOTY video will have better luck!!!
