my BIL was just talking to us about this the other day. he has a friend who swears by it. the friend suffers terribly from allergies, and this is the only thing that works for him. i just really have a problem w/ putting water up my nose.

I have one and I don't see an improvement with my allergies. It is a god sent when I'm sick and stuffed up.
