along the same vein as PoppedInASnap's thread... a DH / DW funny
The other day DH went into the garage to saw some wood for the planters we're going to hang in the back yard. He has this horrible habit of leaving the TV on all the time, even when he leaves the house. So I go upstairs to take a shower, and hear the saw going outside. I turn on the water, and a minute later I hear, 'HEEELLLLPPP!!!! HELPPPPP!!!!!!' Of course I freak out, thinking DH has chopped his hand off or something. So I run downstairs and outside in my towel to find DH absolutely fine. He'd been watching Cast Away on TV and Tom Hanks had just been stranded on the island and was screaming HELLLLLPPP HELLPPPPPPP I swear I had a mini heart attack, and all DH could do was laugh at me. But he did feel badly! I was shaking!
