American Idol Thoughts from last night:
Fun week :D I love Country music.

Josh- took the show. Great song selection. Fun, upbeat performance!!

Both Kims did a very good job. I love Bonnie Rat- so I really liked Kim C.'s performance.

Reuben- need I even say anything?

Corey- whatever, who cares either way

Julia- $ucked as per usually. bad song choice, bad voice, not a good performer.

Carmen- I like the song, and she was pretty good but I feel like she needs more training to develop her voice

Clay- he is always good but I really wish he would have done either Lady- Kenny Rogers or Garth Brook's Thunder (I think that is the name of the song). He needs to show range.

Rickie- didn't like the song, but thought you sang it beautifully

I agree mosly. I love country too but thought most of the performances were weak.

Josh -- I really thought it was his worst performance from voice quality. But he had a lot of fun and I enjoyed watching him. And normally I think he has a nice voice.

Loved RUBEN!!! As always.

Julia - YUCK -- when will she get booted. Hope she doesn't hang on to the end like Nikki last year.

Corey -- agree - not good.

Carmen -- she's got time to mature. It was okay.

Kimberly -- I also love Bonnie Rait and she was wonderful!

Kimberly Caldwall -- she was okay -- she looked great.

Clay -- I love (hometown boy down here) him but I agree -- wish he would have shown more range.

Ricky -- was really good -- but did not like the song.

I missed it the last 2 weeks, I'm so mad, b/c I was a dedicated fan
What happened to the black girl, can't remember her name, but she was on 2 weeks ago and she was really good.

Trenyce was emotionless, so unlike her

The show was ok, I wish they had chosen better/different songs

Tonight will be the night to know who leaves

I think it will be Corey or Julia

Damn! I missed 99% of it yesterday and I have missed the past few weeks.

I wonder if I can download the performances?

i am such not a country fan...so I was half in and out yesterday...

I so not like Josh at all...I think he came into the competition under false pretences...

I do like Kimberly C and Carmen though..

and of course Reuban

Clay is good...but its all the same and its all slow...I don't think that he is a 'pop' star

Im sorry I dont see what everyone sees in Kim C. I dont think she has a great voice.

Shamma - I'm with you. Its time to say Bye Bye to either Julia or Corey. i will not be sorry to see either go.
On another vote. Does Paula Abdul annoy anyone else or is it just me? All she does is hold the microphone really tight and repeat everythig Randy says. On a side note, I think there is something going on between her and Corey. Why else would she like him????

Paula annoys me because she does NOT tell these kids the truth. The harsh reality is that MOST people who want to be a Pop Star will NOT be one. These kids need real information, and that is why I like Simon.

If I walked into Elite or Ford Modeling agency they would tell me that I am too fat, too short and just not pretty enough to be a model- not putting myself down but it is the truth. So why should everyone always have to be so nice to these kids. They need to know how to improve themselves and grow.

I actually liked Corey last night too. Some of the other guys are much better than him though, he won't last many more rounds I don't think.

Julia just cannot stand up to the other girls that can sing, she should have been booted last week.

Trynece definitely wasn't in it last night although she does have a beautiful voice.

I love Reuben but is anyone else sick of his shirts every darn week? Yeah I know he is giving props to his hometown but I am sure if that was one of the girls the judges would have ripped her apart!

I LOVE Clay's voice but I agree Broadway is for him and I just can't get past his look to his voice, they don't match at all!
