Yep jessica Alba named her daugher
Honor Marie Warren. Granted its not quite as off as Apple but what is wrong with non-celebrity trend names? Jessica is a lovely name as is Marie...

And don't get me started on Shiloh. Its a cute name an all but before baby Shiloh the only one I knew was the dog in the book we had on our summer reading list in grammar school

Someone leaked that the baby's name would be Honor months ago and there were blogs talking about how they hoped it wasn't true because kids are cruel and the jokes would inevitably arise...

'So have you been Honor (on her)??'

'How long were you Honor (on her)??' etc etc etc.

I think it's definitely different but it's grown on me. The thing that makes me wanna puke a bit is that supposedly she picked the name because she felt it was an honor to carry Cash's baby. And supposedly Cash cheated on her repeatedly so that's why they broke up but then she accidentally got prego so they reunited, got engaged, got married. etc. I mean, if they're happy that's all that matters but just I hope that's not the reason why. I hope it's more like she picked the name because it was an honor to have her as her child or something, you know?

They just saved that kid a fortune on law school she will be your Honor without the degree.

I guess what bugs me is that celebrities are deliberately trying to outdo one another with 'out of the norm'names lke mainstream names are abd.

ya I dont get it either- lol did it ever occur to them that it would be different to give them a normal name? LOL.

Actually I read in a magazine interview with Angelina that her parents had miscarried a child when she was younger and Shiloh was the name that they had chosen for her would-be sister. So I thought that was kind of nice that she named her daughter Shiloh!

O ok well then tat changes it honestly.I didnt know that so if its in remembeance thats very sweet then,

Gina its no that I dont like the name I just only ever heard it for a boy in one isntance or a dog. My beef is more with names like Apple-unless she wants to be an acterss, really...can u imagine an attorney or a trail judge or a surgeon named apple? Im not saying it could happen but people are judgemental and it would be a shame to miss chanes in life due to your name and not beign taken seriously if that makes sense.

The name hasn't grown on me...nor do I think it will...this is what I think off the name
