And the weddings continue...

Ok, so here i go, it all started right b/4 my wedding

August 2008: DH Cousin
October 2008: a good friend of ours
November 2008: OUR WEDDING
January 2009: DH Cousin
June 6, 2009: Desibaby
June 21, 2009: Babydoll21 (Both DH and I are in the wedding)
October 2009: My cousins wedding (Both DH and I are in the wedding)
November 2009: A good friend of ours (2 days b/4 our 1 year )

Not to mention another one of my cousins just got engaged and is planning a winter 2010 wedding

Anyone else have a million wedding coming up?

OOHHHHH and P.S. - 2 of my cousins had kids and 2 of DH's cousins had kids.... so that is 4 Christenings that we also have to attend!!!!

Am i ever going to be able to just relax

I was in a wedding 4 months after mine and i was so happy when that day came and went and I was finally able to relax and enjoy this special time but now i am enjoying every minute. Hopefully you will be able to enjoy this time and still find time for you and your dh.

In 08 we had a decent amount, not ALOT but still plus other events. Lets see if i remember them

well our wedding in May

Plus had an e-party in June and a bridal shower in June.

Wedding in July plus bridal shower in july

BP in August, plus baby shower

September-3 weddings or was it 4 lol

October-1 wedding

I feel like im forgetting about some stuff in 08 lol

For 09 so far doesnt seem TOO bad but then you end up getting invites you didnt expect

Well february every weekend is booked but with b-day parties and other events.

March 1st we have a baptism and DH is the Godfather.

We have weddings but as of now most are in the fall. We have one in October, one in November and DH is the Best man, and another one in November.

Just had 2 friends get engaged recently but their weddings will probably be next year. ALthough things like e-parties, shower might be this year.

Another friend pregnant so i know we'll have her baby shower this year.

I had one in the beginning of january
another one in March

and another one in 09 but they changed the date

Then I have one in 2011.

nope I think we're done with weddings for a little while. None of my friends are even close to getting married and all of DH's friends are already married and in the having a baby stage

We have three weddings this year....and we had two last summer after we got married I love going to weddings though so I can't wait. We have one this Friday at JT, one in March at Crest Hollow, and one Hallowedding masquerade ball in October (can't wait for that one!!! ) and I went to a shower last weekend for the March

April 2008-Friend from college
May 2008- DHs cousin
October 2008-Rysie's wedding
October 2008-Friends wedding
November 2008- OURS!
May 15, 2009- NikkiR515's wedding (I'm a BM)
July 18, 2009- Friends wedding in PR (i'm the MOH)
September 26,2009 - My dad is getting remarried, luckily I'm not in the BP
October 3, 2009- Friends wedding (I'm a BM)
July 1, 2010-Friends wedding, I'm a BM

we had I think 4 weddings plus ours last year.

This year we have a wedding in march. I already went to the shower.

Then my cousins wedding in July - so they'll be the shower and Bachlorette party.

Then a wedding in October (DH is in the BP) and I'll have the shower for that.

Our best friends' engagement party is in April. WE are both in the BP, but the wedding is next year.

I actually think next year will be worse!

OMG we had NINE weddings in 2008 including ours. (well most were liw friends and only i went. DH went to 2 and ours)

This year so far we only have DHs cousins e-party.

Same here! I think we are done for awhile, unless we get an invitation to someone we aren't super close with. All my friends are either already married or totally single. Some of DH's cousins are in long term relationships, so I guess it's a possibility that someone could get engaged but I doubt the wedding would be in 2009! We get a nice break for awhile
