Anniversary Gift!!!

Hi ladies! I wrote a similar post in '09 brides...

My first anniversary is Saturday and I don't have a gift for my husband! We're flying down to Florida for a week, but my husband said he got me a gift as well.

So now i'm a bad wife with no gift.

Can anyone give me any ideas? I am going to drive around and stop in random stores to see if I find anything, but I'm stuck!

I was thinking a watch, but that's kinda not original...

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

if he likes to golf you could get him a gift cert for a round of gold and then some gold stuff.

Good idea on the round of golf!

We're going down to Florida, and we're doing a ton of stuff down there:
renting a boat on the Gulf,
Going to Disney for an overnighter
Going to the Yankee game in Tampa.

So I feel like we're gonna have everything we'd want already.

But a round of golf at a course up here is a good idea!

Now....... What golf courses are good? Oy.

ok so i asked DH bc he golfs on LI all the time. here was his response:

Cheap and easy to get on:
Bergen Point
Timber Point

Nicer but far east in suffolk:
Pine Hills
Great Rock
Long Island National
The Links at Calverton
Tallgrass

Expensive but very nice and not so far east:
Town of Oyster Bay
Harbor Links
Hamlet Windwatch

Bethpage is always an option as well but its harder to get on.
