For mine, they use my name as the user and DH for password. If you log on, it takes you right to the proofs whether you order it online or not. It's just useful to decide which photos you might be interested in for your wedding album. On the other hand, they really use the photo CD's that you received that is not on the online digital photo site. FM me if you have any other questions.

they are prob copyrighted. maybe you can screen shot it and copy it to paint, then crop it to the pic and save?
