Another lonely night...

Patrick got called back in for more mandatory OT. I hope the power stays on so that I'll have you ladies to chat with.

I hate 12 hour tours!!!

Jenn - I know exactly how you feel. Mark got home around 1:00, after 24 hrs (meanwhile I am at work) and he has to go back for midnight for a 12 hr shift!

Me too! DH did a double tour last night (3 pm to 4:30 a.m.), and had to be back at noon today to work until midnight. He has to work another 12 hour tour on Saturday unless the power thing is settled. By the time this stuff is over with he's going to need a few days to feel 'normal' and not exhausted anymore. I HATE 12 hour tours!

Well, Arnie and I made it through the night alone.

On the bright side, Patrick didn't have to leave till 11 PM, so I got to spend the night with him, then when he left, I was tired and went to sleep. Not such a bad deal!

The lonely life of a cop's wife... I can sympathize for sure. Thought my DH would have the weekend off now he's called in for OT too! Remember Sep 11? I didn't see my DH for like a week! At least this shouldn't be as bad. And how lucky we are to all be safe.
