I really want to make that Tony's chicken. It was so yummy
Here is the description:
Breaded chicken breasts, pounded thin and fried, covered with a cold salad of plum tomato, red onion, basil, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Is it as easy as it sounds?
Do you think the chicken was sauteed in the vinegar and olive oil or simply poured on it?

Re: Another Tony's question- for those who cook
I have no idea, but my mouth is watering just thinking of it!
It seems that the tomatoes and onions were in the oil and vinegar and it was poured on... JMO...

I think just sprinkled on. It really seems like just regular chicken cutlets (breaded and fried) and then top it with the balsamic vinegar. I would probably mix the tomatoes and onion mixtures with the balsamic vinegar and oil. Yummy!!!

Keisha, I don't cook, but I agree with above: I think the chicken was just regular fried chicken, breaded.
For tomatoes, I think they used really good ripe tomatoes (sometime you can get them in the supermarket as 'Israeli/Vine' tomatoes. That's what made the dish (at least for me)

I also think it was the tomatoes and red onions that were sauteed in balsamic vineagar and olive oil and then poured over the cutlet. That chicken was the best!
