My E.ring and W.Band are white gold...I was thinking about going to my jeweler to have a simple yellow gold band made for when I don't want to wear my e.ring & w.Band combo...
has anyone done this?

i'm not parting with my rings ever, but i'm sure in the future, i'll go with something similar!
This one is with sapphires, but they have them with diamonds...just not on the site right now I guess.

The one with sapphires is only $900. I'm sure it's not that much more with diamonds. Yellow gold is MUCh more affordable than plat there.

I bought a plain white gold wedding band for the HM. I bought it at Tri County for $50. To be honest, I thought I would wear it every now and then for a change up, but I love my original w-ring too much. It’s sentimental and I got married in it… it was blessed, it’s engraved, etc. I want to wear it everyday.

i was thinknig of getting a plain tiffany silver band their silver is great quality and it wont be expensive either
I bought a little yellow gold band for the honeymoon. I think it was $85 No diamonds obviously....but I like having another option if I don;t want to wear the diamonds.

I personally wouldn't, but I also bought a wedding band that I could wear alone if I didn't want to wear my e-ring. Is yours a set?

I bet you could find a band that you want in the diamond district just like the Tiffany one without paying Tiffany prices. DH and I have platinum bands (plain) and they both cost us under $900. I cant imagine that a lady's ring with a couple of tiny diamonds would be that much.

try 47th street look at Shenoa and Zoland and Sons they have amazing stuff!!!! and the prices arent that bad you can definitely get that ring down there for $500

I got another wedding band to wear. Not because I didn't want to wear my original and my e-ring, but because I am pregnant and they don't fit right now. I just couldn't bare the thought of being married less than a year and having nothing to wear on my finger. I have a yellow gold wedding band and engagement ring, so I went for a white gold ad diamond band for this one. I still can't wait to get my originals back on, though. I grew up with parents whom always had new wedding bands made for special occassions. They had turqois ones made in Arizona, they bought new ones for their anniversaries, etc. My mother has something like 20-25 different wedding bands! And she still wears her original every now and then. I think it's fine to have different ones.
