Any ideas for my friend.She needs favor ideas for her Sept wedding.
I was able to come up with a few ideas for her so far: hershey kisses wrapped in tulle & personalized ribbon ----------------------------------------------- candles--------------------------------------------- personalized chocalate bars----------------------- personalized cd's------------------------------------ donation to favorite charity------------------------- dolphin bottle opener------------------------------

She said she doesn't have any theme. Her BM dress color is like a sky blue.

I'm partial to useful favors. Be it edible or some seeds, etc. I did seed ornaments. Has she thought about a packet of wildflower seeds or something like that? She could coordinate with the color of her BM's dresses. Where is the wedding location? Can she do anything that represents her heritage or something that represents them as a couple?

Seed packets are really nice!!
CD's are great!!
Chocolate is WONDERFUL!!
If she is getting married in the fall, what about the pretty bottles of maple syrup? Some gals on here did that and it was great!!
They have a soy candle wrapped in handmade paper, seed packets in handmade paper and placecard set for $3.25, or you can buy things seperately. Oh, and they have 2 types of paper with blue in them instead of the colors you see there. I'm using these.
I also like mini jars of gourmet jelly with some chocolates wrapped in tulle with a ribbon.

Hmmm....
Aside from the traditional fall themed stuff...
We had wine bottle stoppers. They were such a hit and I see our guests using them all the time in their homes! Wine is fall-ish.
September/ October is also when people put down flower bulbs for the next spring. If your friend and her family likes gardening it might be nice to have flower bulbs wrapped up pretty with a note on how to plant them. She can say something like 'plant these and watch them bloom...just as love blooms'

I wouldn't do dophin bottle openers unless it was part of any overall sea/ocean type theme. I think ediable favors are nice, as well as something that ties into a theme.
