Any Lawyers? sorry to ask
If there are any lawyers on here, would you be able to help me out with a question for my graduate course?
I've been searching my book, and searching online but can't find a thing.
The question is ..
3. Is there an objective rule that determines when civil rights or religious freedom, or any two similarly important principles, should prevail? If so, what is it? If not, should there be?
I just want to make sure there isn't an objective rule before I say there isn't.
I'm just a business major, so this is a simpler class I'm sure, and seriously this class is SO hard, so I give HUGE credit for any of you girls who are lawyers!
