Any nightmares lately???

Has anyone else been having horrible nightmares and/or restless nights of sleep lately???

For the past month or so, I haven`t been sleeping well. Most nights, I have nightmares...even waking up from them. I can`t recall many of the details, but I know most of it involves people I know (I can see specific faces, etc.).

I fear it`s a delayed reaction from 9/11 since it`s the only thing I can think of attributing to this. I didn`t lose anyone that I personally know, but I do feel affected as most others probably.

I don`t think this is anything way serious that requires professional help, but I was just curious if anyone else has been affected like this lately.

yes, but I know why. We got a price for the new roof. Let the ulcers begin! I keep dreaming that we fix the roof and move the next day.

I haven't had any sleeping problems lately, but I got almost no sleep at all immediately following September 11th. I really feel for you Glory. It's horrible to be so miserable. Feel better soon!

I dreampt that the stairs leading up to my reception (there are no stairs) were the same rickety old steps going down into my basement, also that the DJ was like 100 years old and I couldn't hear the music, and that halfway through the reception I realized my brother, (my man of honor) had slept through it...this was all in the same nightmare!!
