Any suggestions for booking a hotel for 25 rooms and buses for 45 people ?

We are doing a Chinese Banquet the night before and really can't find a place we like out in LI. We live in Whitestone and her dad is picking a restaurant. So we are getting a bus to P/U and wait there for about 5 hrs. We were looking at a 45 pass. bus , but a nice one.
