I'm up, just finished making a gingerbread house. I can't believe how much of a mess that DH & I made.

I am not a big fan of gingerbread, but DH asked me to make one so I did.

oh - wait - let me re-phrase myself....i wouldn't actually eat the house....i'd eat all the candy & icing and all that would be left is a half licked square of gingerbread
(okay - maybe i'd take a couple nibbles...as long as they were drenched in icing )

DH & I sampled a couple of pieces of the candy as we were assembling it. He is looking forward to tearing into it tomorrow with our nieces tomorrow.
