Anyone else ever go ona cooking spree?!

I usually cook for a day or two in advance cause I get home so late. leftovers are my friend. yesterday i went of-cooked for like 5 days and since I dont like eating leftovers over 2, going to haveto go through my phonebook and call people over for dinner.

I made a few things from the LIW submissions too; hayleys maple glazed salmon, and the couscous stuffed chicken which i didn't try yet.

I used to cook up a lot of meals on Sundays before DH and I got married, so he would have stuff to eat during the week instead of doing take out.
Now I just cook every night.

I hate cooking nighlty cause I get home at 7 and try to be in bed by 9 cause Im usually up at 5am so by the time I cook, shower and settle in its time to go to bed.
