What's wrong with me?! I just cannot get myself and DH to actually sit down and start planning our album layout! Our wedding was 5 months ago already! My parents have photos picked out for their album already, but I just don't even want to look at it. Even though I know it will be another 8 months or so from the time I submit my choices before we actually get the album! Grrrrrrrrrr! Why am I so unmotivated?
Oh, and I haven't finished my thank you's yet either.

I didn't submit my choices for the album until 11 months after the wedding. It was so overwhelming that I couldn't get myself to do it. Hopefully I will get my albums and video by Christmas (1 year and 6 months after the wedding )

i had no motivation either but i did it around my six month mark and i am so glad that i got that over with

I am crazy b/c in addition to choosing pics for our album from the photographer, I fully intend to make an album from all the non-pro pics that I have from everyone! THAT is what I have no motivation to do, even though it's my own choice to do it LOL!

It was hard but I hunkered down. Once back in August I went through and chose 150 picks. Then DH narrowed it down.
Then this past weekend I went over the choices again and sent them in. It was sooo hard and took a long time but you will feel SO good once its over.

I just finished really picking out the pictures last weekend HAHA I got my proofs back at the end of January. I had absolutely no motivation. I do have an appt to sit with photographer and videography October 16th

I didn't submit ours until about 8 months after the wedding. I think it's normal, after months of wedding planning the last thing I wanted to do was another wedding related thing.

i have no motivation to do my homework
as far as albums go, we just got our proofs back yesterday (my photog released them on pictage, didnt get to see her in person yet) and i dont have a clue about the process of deciding. do you pick what pictures and she figures out how to put them together? or she gives ideas and then you decide if you prefer other pictures?
this seems very overwhelming

This is happening with us also. We sat down on Sunday night and chose most of the pictures but I haven't submitted them. I have no desire to . I really need to get on the ball though and choose my thank you pictures.
