How did you handle it/how did you finally get what you wanted?

umm...yea! My photographers said our album would be ready for the holidays when I gave them our album choices back in July before we moved to GA....
STILL don't have it!

Hi.. It took us a while to get our wedding video. They said that it was going to be ready in Dec and I just picked it up this past weekend. My advise to you is to just follow up with your vendors and be nice about it b/c your wedding memories are still in their hands. I would probably call them once a week just to check on the status.
