or do you know when you are getting it, and how long did it take? I feel like mine is taking forever! I gave them all our baby pics/music,etc in the beginning of december!

Nope, but my wedding was after yours. My friend used them too and she was married in august and she just got hers last week!

No, but I still didn't give them anything! I think they said it could take 2 months after giving them the stuff.. I think you could ask for your raw footage now though, even if the final one is not ready.

I called Eric yesterday b/c I handed the stuff in Oct. and he told me it should be ready in 2 weeks. Looks like it takes about 3 months.

Well since I only got around to giving them my stuff in late December ... I'm guessing I still have quite a while to go before I get the video My fault!
Lisette! How are you my date twin , how's married life! You definitely were better about getting your stuff back to Duet than I was!

HEY! I was just checking back in here to see if others were having this same problem.
I got married in JUNE and still have no albums and no DVD from Duet and I'm fuming. I've been checking in every couple of weeks and they just keep saying it'll be ready in a month/a few weeks. Is this crazy? Should I be taking them to small claims court by this point? It'll be 8 months since our wedding on Saturday.

When did you give them the songs and pictures you chose for the album? They told me it would AT LEAST 2 months after that.

Oh, it's been a LOT longer than that. They took about 6 weeks to give us our proofs, and we went in to give them our proofs and songs for the DVD very quickly.

i was just in there sunday and they said it will be about another 2 weeks. We dropped off our pics for the album and they said that will be about 3 months.
