Re: anyone have a Champagne cocktail recipe?
mimosas are easy, and you can also put a little cranberry juice into each glass of champagne and throw in a strawberry for a cute looking drink - and the cranberry cuts the harshness of the champagne, I think.

yummy I love champagne drinks
Bellini's are delish too:
puree a peach and mix with champagne or just buy peach juice

Re: anyone have a Champagne cocktail recipe?
I am using sparkling pomegranite and blueberry juice to mix with champagne for my party, the juices were each only $1.99 at trader joe's!

tons of different champagne cocktail recipes here :
puree a peach and mix with champagne or just buy peach juice
I love me some Bellinis!!! I told my best friend that I wanted to drink those while we getting ready for my wedding. I settled for mimosas because it was less work.
