Anyone have a good landscaper in the Babylon area???

We are now ready to start working on our front and backyards! Our house is a fairly new construction and nothing was previously done with the yards. Does anybody have a reliable landscaper that can complete the following tasks and who does free estimates as well?

Tasks that need to be done:
-Till the whole yard, get more dirt and grade teh yard away from the house
-Install inground sprinklers
-Seed grass
-Rock staircase, walkway, and patio in backyard
-Belgium(sp?) block for curb in front
-Vinyl fencing

If you have info on someone you have used, please FM me the info!! If you also suggest staying away from certain companies, please let me know that as well!

***Oh, and another question, my basement has been flooding and I need a good plumber to raise the furnace off of the ground as well as the AC/forced air heating unit! Any suggestions/experiences??***

Thanks in advance, ladies!!!!
