Anyone have a good lemon or carrot cake recipe?

I am working on a 60th birthday cake for my Mother in law for Saturday and lemon and carrot are her favorites.

The cakes would have to be dense because I am stacking them (Two Tiered) so if u have anything that fits this description send them my way pretty please?

I will be making the recipe i have at home today to test it, and tomorrow i want to make another two recipes (So ill have tons of extra cake if any one wants to come pick it up haha)

xoxo
