Can't wait til we're full on jersey friends because ummmm home made pulled pork sounds fantastic!
Do you use a slow cooker? Recipe or do you wing it?

haha.
I put it in the slow cooker in chicken stock and canned french onion soup (I rub garlic on the meat first) ..
Then when its soft enough that it shreds - i take it out of the liquid, dump the liquid out, cut the strings off put it back in the slow cooker and shred it with a fork .. when its all pulled apart I remove the fatty pieces and I mix different BBQ sauces together and let it sit in the cooker for like another 30 minutes in the sauce ...
BBQ I love the most is Sweet Baby Rays - Its really good. I mix their original with their hickory and brown sugar .. amazing!
