I had ALOT of that. If it was a really close friend or family member we tracked them down to find out but some of the people were those who ASKED to be invited and didnt even have the nerve to rsvp?!!? I never called them about it and dont plan on ever talking to them again. Just wondering if I am the only one!

My boss still hasn't RSVP, nor has she even given me a card (read: CARD, nevermind...gift)
10 other people also never RSVP'd. One is getting married now and just sent us an invite. We declining.

I had a few of those but far less than I expected. I had my MOH track down the people that I thought might show and the rest I just ignored and counted them as a no. It's rude to not even return a phone to say whether or not you're coming, but I think a no-show with no excuse is far worse, so those are the people that I won't speak to again or invite to anything again.

We had a few people not RSVP. We called them all and it was a good thing because some people never received their invitations!
In fact, a long time friend of mine got married a week before me and he had invited me to his wedding but I never received the invitation. On his wedding day he bumped into my MOH and asked her why I didn't respond and she told him why but I don't know if he believed her because we haven't spoken since.
Point is, you should at least call to find out if they received the invitation before writing them off. Although I did have one guest who thought that the proper way to decline the invitation is to just not respond

I had 4 people that never RSVP'd...1 was family, and the other 3 said, 'Well, since I never sent it back, I thought you'd assume I wasn't coming!' Um, hello...send back the damn RSVP!! LOL

We had two not RSVP. One is my cousin and lives in the same town. My Mother had to call her. The other lives in Ireland. If the others from Ireland didn't respond, it would be one thing, but she was the only one. Come to think of it, I haven't heard from her since

No..well we did, but we got phone responses, because I went WILDY crazy on those people!!
The best is the typical' of course we are coming'...Or the reverse ' Well we figured you'd know we couldnt make it'.. Showed them the receipt for the crystal ball being in the shop getting fixed and demanded my RSVP!

Yep...I have a few people who didn't respond...one I thought was a friend...and a few were distant friends and relatives...it annoyed me that they never responded...but not having them at the wedding made absolutely no difference to us.
