I have to plant these yet, along with some roses & bicolor butterfly bushes. Hopefully I'll get the chance tomorrow.

Jenny, do you have a picture of your butterfly bush? I was cracking up when you wrote the 'sounds funny' after it yesterday!

I seriously would like to know what it looks like, because I've never heard of it.

These are not photos of 'my bush.'
But this is what they look like:

The pink bush in the back is a butterfly bush

This is a picture of Nicole with my hydrangea BUSHES last year. With all the rain this year my plants look a little beat up, we need a few sunny days.

here she is in the garden

My flowers looked great, but I think they have had enough water. My vegetable garden is really coming along though. I can't wait to pick some vegetables. We're growing: tomatoes, peppers, string beans, cucumbers, and eggplants.

I hae hydrengeas and gerbers but they have not bloomed yet I went to my mother's on Friday night and I was looking at her garden and all I can say is wow, her roses, are so huge, they look fake and she had star gazer lilies running along the side of the yard, her garden is beautiful. I need to take a pix the next time I go over there. She plants all my favorites every year.

I love hydrengeas. The ones above are beautiful. I had them in my bo-k fo rmy wedding.

Re: Anyone have pics of your garden or flowers around your home?

im getting the itch to start learning to garden! I vowed that I would this year (last yr i was prego and its suggested that prego's dont garden-because of cat urine being in the soil (stray cats).)

Gorgeos flowers ladies !
I dont know where to begin. Im such a novice at this!

Re: Anyone have pics of your garden or flowers around your home?

I would go nuts if I couldn't garden at all. Scott promised to take photos for me this week of all the work I did in the garden, although being the 1st summer in our home there is A LOT to be done still. Plus I swear I spent $250 so far on plants and I don't think it looks that way. But I do love to do it.
