I decorated for fall/Halloween way too early this year, mid-September, so now I'm sick of all my fall decor. Not like I'm going to start decorating for Christmas yet, but I did just buy some decorations online ...a LED light up wreath & LED battery powered window candles.
Both of these items have a timer so they'll be on before we come home from work...Sometimes we work late, I hated seeing our house last year in the dark until I turned the Christmas lights on, while the neighbors had theirs on hours before ours.
I also bought a timer for our other outside lights, which we plan on putting on the railings leading up to our front door.
I already started Christmas shopping last week, online because a lot sites had free shipping for Veterens Day sales. Some of the gifts I ordered already arrived and I plan to start wrapping next week.
Am I insane? Please tell me I'm not the only one getting in the Christmas mood early this year. Maybe I just like to get this stuff out of the way so I don't have to do it all last minute.

you are def. not insaine. I didnt get to decorate for halloween cause we were doing so much planning for the wedding...but now i am totally ready for christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wanna get some new decorations. i'm thinking we can pick up some stuff when we go to use our BB&B gift cards from my shower. i'm waiting for the christmas movies to start on TV...thats my fav!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nah...I bought DH a present already and plan to do some more shopping today. I have bought decorations but wont put them up until after thanksgiving. I like to wrap things as I buy them too, because it can be overwhelming at the end. I'm definitely ready for Christmas to come!

DH and I already started decorating lol... He put up the tree a few days ago, because I'm 8 months pregnant I get tired fast lol, so everything is taking longer than it normally would.. But DH wanted to make sure that the baby sees christmas when he finally arrives!

I am so in the Christmas mood. DH & I went to storage and got our tree, wreath and other stuff out. I have already made our Christmas cards and plan on writing them out this week and mailing them the day before Thanksgiving. I think that we are going to put our tree up tomorrow and decorate it during the week.

I've been in the mood for weeks! I've been dying to put our tree up, but keep telling myself that two more weeks isn't all that bad lol. I'm about 3/4 of the way done with my Christmas shopping, so that is good!
