If the only way to change my name on my credit cards and bank account is by calling them? Ive been looking on the citibank website and AMEX website all afternoon and searching and can't find a way to change my name. Ugh I erally can't call while Im at work...
I did it over the phone. I don't think you can do it online. Customer Service should be 24 hours a day so you can call when you leave work.
bank account - i had to go to the bank and show my marriage license....not sure about CC's - i don't have any..
I will try calling tonight then. Its annoying though cus my citibank credit card I was able to do online and they said itll take 2-3 days for the new card to arrive. But as for my savings/checking account with citi I couldn't find any info at all. Couldnt even find what i would need to bring if i went there. And as for my AMEX credit card I found zilch on it too. So annoying! its frustrating cus Im typing in Name Change to the search function and nothing comes up. I thought that would be a common question considering how many woman change there name a year in this world!
