I just recieved my lease in the mail, and I am very hesitant to sighn it.. My 10 year old son is not included anywhere in the lease as an occupant.. My pain in the butt hubby, says they cant put him on because hes a minor.. Is this true?? I thought all who lived in the apt. had to be on the lease??

I dont know about your son b/c he is a minor...but I know Im not on our lease as an occupant-the only name is DHs b/c he is the one they did the credit check on so he was the only one they needed to sign it. I would call and ask

i am sorry to crash again but i just signed an apartment lease - and yes, if we had someone under 18 living with us, there was a space for them to be included in the lease. i would double check with your leasing mgr to be sure.
