Anyone know of a romantic, cozy restaurant?

Hi, guys,

My sister asked me to ask you wonderful ladies if you know of a romantic, cozy restaurant where her & fiance can go for their 1-year anniversary next week? It will be on a Saturday night so they also need to know the best time to go (even if it's late) where it won't be too crowded.

Preferably in the Levittown/Wantagh area or else accessible by train? They don't drive (long story).
