anyone know someone who has a B'day during the holidays?

for me, it's DH.... it's so hard to come up with several unique gifts to give at once

I think this year I may have done it though (partially becuase our major christmas gift to each other will be a dining table, so I only have to think of stocking stuffers )


I got him some silk PJ's (his old ones fell apart), and a nambe tilt decanter (the only thing he contributed to the bloomies registry... and no one bought it!)

My mom and I have birthday's around the holidays (mine is dec. 19 mom's is dec 25.) its stinky! Everyone forgets it!

DH is Dec. 21st and his brothers are twins and their bday is Dec. 18th followed by his dad on Jan. 7th. Yeah, the holidays are an expensive and very creative time for me!!

My friends birthday is January 1st but we always take her out for her birthday so it works out!

DH's birthday is Dec. 29th and everyone always gets him one gift for both -- he hates that. He always says its two seperate occassions and he should get two gifts like everyone else does.

My bday is Dec 7th. My sister's in Dec 9th. And my Dad's GFs son is Dec. 5th. So it stinks. My sis and I always had to share cakes and what not. Our bdays were always celebrated on the 8th, right between our bdays. And now it's hard because I don't want a huge chunk of change coming out fo the bank, but with all of the bdays and xmas, it does...

my mom's b-day is Christmas Eve and I HATE it!!! My dad insists we get something 'personal' for her birthday and we absolutely CANNOT wrap it in Christmas wrap or my dad gets mad It's almost impossible to come up with two separate gifts at one time and she is impossible to shop for. GRRRR

wow, and I thought it was bad that DH's B'day is within a few days of christmas

Yeah, I make sure he gets different gifts for each, and the B'day one isn't in christmas paper (even though he probably doesn't even notice it )

its sooo hard getting all of his gifts at once though

My FIL is Dec 13th, My Brother is the 14th, my Aunt is the 20th and my son is Jan 18th

My sister (MOH) is Dec. 11th and her daughter (FG/goddaughter) is Jan 12th and my Dad's is Dec. 19th. I know what you mean!!!
