Re: Anyone see Juno??
honestly i liked it a lot - didn't love it but liked it. Dh actually sat down to watch it and found it funny.
I think its really a true testament of relationships. Just because your married doesn't make it a fact that you want to stop your dreams. I found it ironic how the 'dad to be' Jason Bateman's character was reduced to a room or two rooms in a huge house to house is toys or what really was himself and the wife thought everything was peachy keen in their marriage enough so that having a baby would make everything complete. I found her (Jennifer Garner) character to the oblivious wife that never really did a reality check on her relationship with her husband. NOT to say I didn't feel bad for her because I found it stupid that the Jason's character did what he did which was completely wrong.
Don't want to give it all away but I found it really good - deff not the best film though but a typical indie quirky film. Ellen Page's character made me giggle so much because DH said oh that is so you its freaking funny.
In the end it showed what true love really is and what you feel is best for the child really is what is important.

I loved it. I cracked up at certain parts but also felt really sad for Garner's character. I thought it was an excellent movie. I looooooove the boy from Superbad! He is so adorable.

I loved the dialogue, the music and the vulnerability of the characters. I felt like I was really watching someones life. Dream Big!

Re: Anyone see Juno??
I didn't care for it. I thought that there were definitely some clever lines in it that made me laugh, but I didn't find the whole pregnancy, Juno, parents, boyfriend, etc. realistic. I had a tougher time in high school than she did, and I wasn't pregnant. Teenagers don't really talk or act like she does, and the ones who do are more troubled than the movie let on.
