Anyone use Timeless Films NY (Ray)?

Do you have your video yet, or even a timeline for delivery?
I was in contact with him back in Nov about our video and he mentioned our video was high in the edit pile, and then we had some back and fourth about when the final payment was due, but I have yet to hear anything else.
I know customers of his in the past have mentioned a long wait time, I just wonder if anyone is in the same position as me.
