Anyone want to put me out of my misery?

I had four wisdom teeth pulled Friday. The Alleve is not working. So I did the Vicodin. That is not working (darn RA flare ups made the stuff like taking nothing).

If anyone wants to come shoot me, please feel free. It would be fun for everyone! Or if anyone has any ideas how to make me a slight bit less miserable, let me know I have been hysterial all morning.

Maybe I should go shopping. That seems to help. The offer to kill me is still there. The oral surgeon hasn't called back yet.

oh man ok, Im going to sound like a druggie, but take a vicodin (500) and an advil extra strength about an hour afterwards. A girl I work with had hers done and this was the only way she didnt feel the pain.

You poor thing. I remember feeling like that. Its not fun. Just keep icing and do what Peg said with the pain killers. You'll feel better in a few days.

Awwww, Mich! That happened to me and I went back to the surgeon and he prescribed Combunox which worked a lot better than just the Vicodin. HTH!

And NOOOOOOOOO smoking!!!!!!!!! or drinking out of a straw!! Actually NO sucking of any kind !!!!

I got dry socket and it suckks so refrain from all the above or be prepared for the pain to become so much worse!!!!

awww i remember this. just keep taking the meds, and ICE. you'll get through it. It took me about 5 days to be ok. You're almost there.

I took all the pain meds after I got my 4 all out at once- I slept a lot so I didn't feel the pain.

Thanks everyone. I think I will stop back at the oral surgeon today. They gave me Percocet, and that is not doing it either. I think I need an anti-inflammatory or something like that.
