Thanks ladies for all your help. So DH and I went to see the apartment today and we LOVED IT! It has a huge kitchen and a decent sized bedroom. What I love most is that it has its own private basement (the size of the apartment itself) and a HUGE deck! Heat, hot water and electrice included for only 875 mth...we gave our dep. and now have to wait for our credit report to come back (which wont be a prob) I am so excited! and best of all hes letting us move in on NOv 15 so we can have thanksgiving dinner there but wont charge us until Dec. 1 so hes giving us 2 weeks rent free. yea!
