Wickhams in Cutchogue?? It's been awhile since Ive been there - but they used to take you out on a tractor/hayride to the orchards...it was pretty cool.
There's a really good website, I wanna say it's pickyourown.org or upick.org or something like that. It gives you all the different fruits and vegetables you can pick yourself all over the country.
I think Lewins is open for Apple picking, they just haven't updated their website. I was driving past it a few days a ago and they had a sign pointing to U Pick Apples. We're going today, can't wait!
I usually go to the Milk Pail in Water Mill. They have dwarf trees, so the apples are easy to reach and they are yummy!!! I want to head out there myself this fall.
We always go to Masker Orchards in Warwick, NY- its by Woodbury Commons- its a really cute place!
