Anyone take their pics there? I was thinking of going there before the Watermill, just wondering if anyone had done this and had any pics to share??

Re: Arboretum in oakdale?
My friend took pictures there, and they are beautiful. Her wedding was on a rainy, cold day in May, but her pictures look like it was the most beautiful day in the world.
Wow thanks guys!! Hey Deb which route did you take to the watermill from there the conetquot ave? how long did it take you? How long do yu think I would need there? I am coming from farmingdale and church is at 3:30 but only a ceremony and no recieving line so I hope to be out of there by 4:30 the latest but cocktail starts at 6 and I want to get there a little early to take pics at the watermill so I just dont know if I have enought time to fit it in??

Actually we went to the church from there, then to the watermill. I would go from the arboretum via Sagtikos parkway. It should only take about 30 min to get to the Watermill from there, probably less. We took a lot of photos there, a total of about an hour or so. Photographers take photos pretty quickly. You'd be surprised how little time it takes. Good luck! Deb
