Are you looking for a summer place on the beach?

so we live in Long beach (on the water!) and just bought a place (4 blocks away because we love this area so much!) now that we closed on our home we need to sublet our apt. it is ON THE WATER with a semi private beach (no beach passes needed), private pool, lounge area with chairs, outdoor shower, doorman, suana room, showers, beach bathrooms. The apt is a oversized jr. 4 (which is a large 1 bedroom with a full dining room). we have a 10 ft walk in closet (that i will really miss!), hardwood floors, balcony, 1.5 bath. we also have an in ground assigned parking spot!!!!!!

Please fm me if you have any questions, we are flexible with move-in date and have it until aug 1 (might be able to keep it for the month of aug if possible).
