Stupid neighbors. Stupid dog.

Don't get me wrong, I love dogs.

But their damn dog is just a nasty animal, and he barks all the time. Early in the morning usually.

Not today ....

He started barking and howling about 15 minutes ago and shows no signs of stopping.

That blows when you're probably trying to get ready for bed! Hopefully he'll shut up soon. Some people are so inconsiderate. Unfortunately people who let their dogs bark on and on like that usually also don't bother to give them any attention, hence MORE BARKING.

i hate irresponsible pet owners!!!!! Makes people not like the rest of us I I am sorry he is bugging you...it's not the dog's fault but his stupid a$$ owner!

Yeah and use it on the OWNER!!!! (not the poor puppy!!)

well, its almost an hour later ... and he seems to have finally quieted down ... at least for now.

thanks for letting me vent girls ... i needed it!

these are the same neighbors who have been given exclusive rights to the driveway (before we moved in ... we park our cars down the block at dh's uncles house ), and in exchange they are supposed to shovel the snow and rake the leaves ... i think they shoveled ONCE last year, i almost busted my azz a few times on the ice .

and this dog is small, but mean. he's taken a few chunks out of dh's arm and legs. its hard to be angry at just the owners, even though i know its all a result of poor pet ownership.

I am glad he calmed down...if you ever watch dog whisperer you realize bad behavior is the result of bad owners unfortunately...i bet if he had nicer owners he'd be sweet...poor thing...i have a rescue dog & she took some time to adjust but now she's nothing but love...it's kind of like Nanny 911...you think the kids are brats...but once you change the parents the kids are completely different! Yeah i know i am rambling...but i am a dog loving freak

My neighbors dog is the same way! Makes me crazy, they let it out onto their porch and the thing just barks and howls for HOURS!!! And its a mut and I swear its nastier then my pit.

When you walk towards him he wags his tail then within 3 feet he lunges at you

FYI: Most towns have a noise law, like 11pmnoise has to be kept down to a certain level,mostly music, power tools and DOGS.

You can call the cops at 11:01, in some towns it is as early as 10pm during the week. Good Luck and if it ever happens again, just call and they will let you know what your rights are.

As far as the shoveling goes, I would let the landlord know (absentee or not) that he needs to hire someone to shovel because if you fall he is legally responsible. And don't even get me started on a dog that bites, nips or not, I would have turned that beast in if he ever lunged or bit any member of my family.

PSA: I love dogs, nice dogs

you can do what we have done to one of a$$ neighbors.. when you wake up in the middle of the night, block you # and call them and just bark in the phone for a min them hang up. Do it everytime you wake up through out the night. DH does it on his way home from work in the middle of the night from a pay phone. These people have no respect for their animals or anyone else, there dog attacked our dog 2 weeks ago in my backyard!! he had to go to the vet he was all bloody and crying in the backyard, it was soooo sad. and when we went there and told them to keep their dogs in their own yard they told us not to tell them what to do and get off their property. We also called the town and complained.

Revenge is a b!tch!!!
