as a new realtor of only 6 months I had to fire.....
my first clients who backed out of their contract !!! and keep in mind this is the 2nd one!!!!! soooooooooooooooooooooo annoyed! I have spent so much time with them..I had to cut my losses I wish I could write off some of the time I wasted as volunteer work!
even the attorney told me to fire them...
the real estate business is CRAZY!!!

that stinks! I hope your next sale is a big one and an easy sale.
Being a buyer isn't a picnic either...I could NEVER do 'flip that house' I get frustrated too easily.

Sometimes you just have to fire the client,...especially if they're not 100% serious.

Sorry. Best advice i can give you after being in it for 7 years is just to move on to the next one! It will get better ( i hope for all our sakes)
