And FAWK too!

Ok...Ask you ladies a question...at what temperature will dairy and perishable products go bad?

I just looked into my kitchen to start cooking anhd realized...THE FRIDGE DOOR IS WIDE OPEN!!!!!!! Te damn thing doesn't close well. I must have left it cracked and Teeedle Dee and DUm (cats) ust have been prying it open.

Its 'bout 80 degrees in my apartment..I have been outside since 7am....

I used DH's gunt hingy that scans temp and everythign is btween 75degres and 80 degrees......

Should I just start dumping everything?

Is everything warm?? bc if it is, I would get rid of it..

ETA... Sorry this happened... I have done it in the past, not on purpose but bc the door didn't close and DH wanted to kill me!!!

sorry jenn!!! if everything is 75-80, its probably gone bad... do yourself a favor and throw out the perishables

we totally have the same problem with our fridge.. we have to triple check it when we close it

start smelling everything... if its not so nice, dump it

hat aou sauces? Cndiments? MAyo is bad Im sure but mustards?

Ketchup? Stuff liek that? Dump or stay?

That stuff is O.k.

I would worry more about Chicken and meats .. maybe milk. Cheese might be fine still and creamers. Soo much peserves in them.

Thanks Jenn..this BLOWS! I never realized how much eprishable sh!t we have in the damn fridge!!!

I think I am done with the dumping. Didnt have much meat in there.. I dumed the cheese to be safe because the butter melted OUT of the tube!!!

Gotta love the glory of living on the ssecond floor of a walkup.
