At what point (after the wedding) would you 'give up' on a vendor?

So, I'm not going to tell you who or what type of vendor...

BUT, I was supposed to receive something a long time ago (before the wedding).

Through no one's fault- it didn't happen. But, the vendor was going to take care of it after the wedding. I have sent a couple reminders. But, now a few more months have passed by and I don't even know if it's worth calling again.

It's not specifically outlined in the contract. And, we verbally modified it anyway. In terms of monetary value, it's not worth a whole lot. But, it was more of a time-saving factor for me. And, that the vendor would be able to do a better job with it than I could...

If I still wanted it, it wouldnt matter if a long period had passed..i would still expect the vendor to deliver on their word.

If it would still be of use to you then, don't give up yet.

I don't know if the cut off should be a period of time or a an amount of attempted contact.
