Ate our cake yesterday and it was DEEEELicious!!!
I was 100% SURE IT WOULD BE NASTY but it was surprisingly yummy!!! It was only wrapped ina zillion yards of foil..it defrsoted for two days in the fridge and was actually very good. We only had a few peices of it because im on a diet..but it was quite good!

Really? maybe the key is defrosting it for two days. i am worried ours will be nasty. Glad it was good!
